ZYK’s business plan proposes a six-month full-time pathway connecting Linux and networking, GPU infrastructure, local model serving, school-system integration, Chinese AI/data governance and real education environments.

Curriculum architecture

Three months learning. Three months doing.

Month 1 · Systems foundations

Linux administration, permissions, SSH hardening, shell scripting, monitoring, TCP/IP, firewalls, VPN concepts and operational documentation.

Month 2 · GPU & AI infrastructure

GPU architecture, CUDA fundamentals, Docker, local model serving, vLLM, ComfyUI/Diffusers concepts, quantisation, capacity planning and load balancing.

Month 3 · EdTech integration & governance

LMS, SSO, APIs, databases, school identity, PIPL and generative-AI governance concepts, content controls, audit records and support workflows.

Months 4–6 · Practicum

Supervised work in school or ZYK environments: system administration, deployment assistance, troubleshooting, documentation and an independent project.

Schools need operators

Private AI creates a new operational layer between traditional school IT, cloud services, AI models and educational applications.

The Academy concept is designed around systems that resemble real institutional environments rather than isolated classroom exercises.

Potential collaboration includes curriculum input, recruitment, facilities, research, practicum arrangements and co-developed specialist modules.

Schools can sponsor staff

The plan allows for schools to sponsor existing or prospective technical staff to build internal capability.

Validated infrastructure and deployment work could eventually support practical research, model evaluation and education-AI case studies.

Proposed ZYK professional pathway

Level 1 · Support Technician

Foundation operations, user support, monitoring and documented first-line troubleshooting.

Level 2 · System Administrator

Independent administration of approved deployments, integrations, model operations and governance controls.

Level 3 · Senior Engineer

Advanced pathway proposed after relevant experience and completion of a substantial technical project.

These would be ZYK-issued commercial/professional credentials if launched, not government qualifications. Programme approval, curriculum, assessment standards, employment pathways and credential wording must be formalised before enrolment.
